Ultra-modern print mark sensor with TwinEye technology ensures reliable detection of a printed mark on the printed material. The print mark control system consists of automatic initial registration, print mark detection and register precise positioning of the material. By reading the printed mark, the motion control system calculates a motion profile which determines the re-registering movement of the printed web to the tools.

By using high-precision magnetic cylinders equipped with high-energy magnets, the rotary cutting machine ensures proven rotary grooving technology. The magnetic cylinders are installed in high-performance grooving units and are equipped with:

  • Eccentric quick lift-off device for the upper magnetic cylinder without loss of register
  • Transverse adjustment of the upper magnetic cylinder

Perfect flatness due to decurler

The de-curler before the infeed station ensures the flatness of the blank and automatically and proportionally increases the "de-curling effect" during unwinding, so that a good flatness of the blanks is guaranteed.
